Relaxation / Chill out sessions

(for individuals and groups)

 

These sessions are mainly run on a weekly basis. A popular two-hour session can include an hour of gentle stretching and self healing techniques for the group. Participants can experience visualisation and total body relaxation and learn breathing exercise and simple meditation skills. In the second hour participants receive a short one to one Shiatsu-massage session.
